Bazar’s
Proyects.
From this section you can accede to the database with the
projects offered by the Bazar so that students can carry
them out as a part of the practices of his subjects or as volunteers.
They have been obtained from the social environment of the university,
from the departments and research institutes and there are even
some ones suggested from the Bazar itself. More information about
this service in “What does?”
In the projects file placed in the Bazar’s
office all the characteristics of each project are detailed
(only the titles and the applicants are available via internet),
and an indication about the availability of a grant and tutorship.
To suggest a topic to be included in the database
(either from outside of the University of León or from
its departments), please contact the Bazar (via e-mail, ordinary
mail, telephone or in the office itself). See “Contact.”
Once the topic is known, a meeting will take place a meeting to
specify the details of the application and it will be officially
registered.
Since then, and according to formative dynamics of the University,
any student or group of students are able to choose it and carry
it out.
The Bazar will mediate as much as possible between professors,
students and applicants. This work, mainly in the professor-student
relationship, wants to save bureaucratic efforts to everybody.
The Bazar will carry out the necessary steps
so that the results of the projects are transmitted as reports,
talks, exhibitions, … according to the nature of this project.
Eventually, we will support the tutorship work carried out by
the professors.
If the student initiative is voluntary (not as a part of a subject),
the Bazar will find to a professor to act as a tutor.
Every activity carried out through the Bazar will have an official
certificate for the realized tasks (according to their
nature will be signed by the professor-tutor and/or the University
authority). Additionally, as in every activity negotiated by the
Bazar, one will be able to request the personnel of the Bazar
to negotiate with professors the possibility that the activity
counts as practices for a subject.
