Journal

IALIC is closely associated with the scholarly journal, Language and Intercultural Communication (LAIC). LAIC promotes an interdisciplinary understanding of language, intercultural communication and education, and is committed to expressing fresh, critical perspectives on their inter-relationship.

All IALIC members receive four issues of LAIC per year. Two of these issues publish interviews, reviews and refereed articles, which can be submitted by any scholar who is researching topics of interest to the readership. One issue is guest-edited and consists of interviews and refereed articles commissioned on a relevant theme. The fourth issue consists largely of shorter, refereed articles, based on selected proceedings of the annual IALIC conference.
